Day 2 - I'm here and adjusting
I made it here yesterday morning and a flurry of emotions and activity followed my arrival. The day seemed very long especially since I didn't sleep much on the flight over. However, that is exactly why this is going to be a very short post because I need to get a good night's rest before I start my internship tomorrow. I will post more soon, but I wanted everyone to know that I am here safely, I am meeting people, I am getting myself around, and I am excited for what this adventure holds!

Hey - so GREAT to see you! You look great there in the snow in Brussels. Have you found Grand' Place yet? I have been thinking of you constantly since you left, remembering Ellen and her first days. I LOVE you and can't wait to hear more about your Big Adventure. Much love, Melinda
ReplyDeleteSnowy Brussels looks SO pretty! Mama and I loved Brussels so much... such a quaint little city with lots of cafes and shops and NICE people. Good to hear that you're finding your way around - like I said in my facebook message I just sent you, that's way more than I was doing on day 2! Keep posting so that I may live vicariously through you. Love you :)
